Updesk Lead Generation is a tool offered to ERA Sellers & Buyers Realtors that allows you to sign up for a specified time to recieve any leads that come through our office telephone line.
An Updesk call is a call that comes into one of our main offices contact numbers. Yes, the office numbers that are posted on Google!
During office hours (M-F | 9-5) these calls are screened and the potential buyer or seller is forwarded.
If you have night or weekend Updesk, you are required to forward all clients that are working with our agents if called, and filter through spam calls.
When you have signed up, and have had your day and time already assigned to receive calls, you must make sure your voicemail is set up correctly and you answer all calls!

Updesk is not fully scrubbed!! During Office Hours, calls are scrubbed. Outside of office outs you still must answer all calls.
If a caller requests another agent in our company, they are working with them so give them the agent's direct phone number by referencing our Phone List on this website, or pass the message immediately to the agent.
Any calls outside of unrepresented buyers or sellers, you can tell them to call back during business hours.
You cannot sign up for more than 1 shift (WEST: 8:30am - 5:30pm) (EAST: 9am-6pm) per week. Additional sign ups will be deleted.
You may only sign up for 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month ( this is Friday-Sunday). Additional sign ups will be deleted.
Answer all calls as possible and return messages in a timely manner!
You must set up your voicemail to say:
If your Voicemail is not set up or is full this will automatically disqualify you for participating in the Up Desk and After hours calls.
Once a month, an email is sent to all agents asking if you'd like to join Updesk Lead Gen. When you receive this email to your SellersBuyers account, open it!
Respond to our "Updesk Email" with any time and days that your are not available for the upcoming month that is specified in the email. Our Updesk Coordinator will take all incoming emails and organize your space into the calendar. Wait to hear back on what days you are "On Call".
Once you receive your scheduled date and time, add it to your calendar. If you cannot commit - PLEASE NOTIFY COORDINATOR. You Must read through all Rules and Regulations of this tool, please follow accordingly or you will be removed from your time slot.
