The first is to request one to be designed from Print It El Paso or whichever professional you may want to use.
The second is to create one yourself, a couple of free tools that allow you to do this is Microsoft Office such as Powerpoint, or Canva.com.
STEP 2: Make sure its compliant with TREC Requirements
