How do I access the Buyer and Seller Follow Up Programs
Access your ERA Buyer Follow-Up Program through the Videobuzz (formerly Socialboost) dashboard, then choose Follow-Up Programs from the navigation on the left. From here you can manage agent contact info, headshots and preferences. Offices can review enrolled entries by office and/or user.
Why is my property not eligible for the ERA funded program?
All entries into the ERA 4 year paid program MUST include an email address. Properties without an email address and outside of the 30 closing period are not eligible for the ERA funded program. oYou must add your buyers or sellers email to your Skyslope transaction information.
